Breakfast: sleep.
Lunch: nothing.

Dinner: fries, meat, salad, ketchup.

My brother turns a year older tomorrow so i had to make a cake.
The D said he wanted a smörgåstårta, literally translated
that means "sandwich cake" in Swedish.
threw one together and i documented the journey. 
four different toppings, one for each layer.


First layer: tuna, mayonnaise, red onions, eggs, sour cream.

Second layer: mayonnaise, sour cream, fish eggs, eggs, ham.

Third layer: sour cream, crayfish flavoured cream cheese, mayonnaise.

Fourth layer: sour cream, mayonnaise, shrimp.
Patted myself on the back for planing it so well that I had just enough
bread left for a mini smörgåstårta when it dawned on me that I had to
cover the shrimp filling with another layer of bread so i could get
the garnish on.

Tried my best with the bread we had left.

Covered outside with créme fraiche.
Different kinds of garnish.
Done.
 Oh. lemon, how i miss thee and thy cousin so.
Citric acid is just as sour but oh, how painful 'tis to devour.

No, it never hurts, does it?
The cake was missing something sour so I went ahead and used
this because we were out of lemon and lime.
Diluted it in some water and then added it to the crayfish topping/filling.  
Not too happy with the results but it'll do.
