Breakfast: sleep.
Snack: recycling an old picture.
Lunch: salmon, potatoes, pannbiff.
Was a lot better than yesterdays.
Dinner: noodles, shrimp, meat, lettuce, an egg.
When I opened up the Neoguri bag the bloated noodles looked
quite suspicious so I used another brand instead.
Found the flapjack recipe at the hotel so I brought it home with me and tried it out.
brown sugar I bought had a liquorice smell to it and the family is very
picky when it comes to certain flavours so I removed some of the brown sugar
and used white instead.
Tasted the concoction after I'd mixed in all of the nuts and oats and it was
very, very sweet so I added an extra 100 or so grams of oats.
Forgot to add extra glue (butter) so it's rock hard.
Instead of chancing people breaking a tooth on it first thing in the morning
putting a bit of custard on the side is safer.
